Made from durable cast iron, this Reversible Griddle is reassuringly weighty and built to last a lifetime. The Cast Iron Griddle is perfect for use on the BBQ, and if the british weather takes a turn for the worse simply pick up the griddle by its handles and pop it on your gas hob inside to carry on the feast.
There are two sides to this griddle. One is ridged, creating a seared and charred, stripy finish to your meats, vegetables and skewers for a professional look and texture. The channels between the ridges allow fats and oils to run away, keeping the original flavour of your ingredients prominent in the taste test. The other side is flat, creating the perfect hot surface on your barbecue to fry eggs, cook french toast and even rustle up some breakfast pancakes outside.
At 35.5cm x 24.5cm, there is ample surface area to cook for the whole family. This griddle can also be used on our boiling rings for perfect chargrilled meat and veg while you’re camping in the great outdoors.
This Cast Iron Reversible Griddle is untreated and is not pre-seasoned, so it is recommended that it is seasoned before its first use to avoid rust and to form a non-stick layer.
